An ancient Persian city on the Silk Road, a city in Uzbekistan home to many treasures, Bukhara is the name of a restaurant in another silk capital, Lyon. In Jean Macé, a restaurant not very big in size (reservations are advisable), but big in heart and in its cuisine, little (if any) tasted elsewhere, that of Central Asia. Déjeuner avec une collègue, les repas sont vraiment savoureux et délicieux. La cuisine est authentique et se rapproche de ce qu'on peut trouver en Asie centrale. Avec juste un plat, on était bien rassasiés. La décoration et les vêtements qui ornent les murs ou étagères sont aussi typiques. On a eu la chance d'échanger avec le patron à la fin du repas.

Dîner à deux dans ce petit restaurant. Nous avons été très bien reçus avec un service rapide. Les plats sont généreux et cuisinés maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de découvrir de nouvelles saveurs et un vrai coup de cœur pour les différents type de "raviolis ".
