The name may seem surprising to those unfamiliar with the wonderful world of cheeses. Cheese lovers know that l'Amour de nuits (with an "s") is the name of a Burgundian cheese made between the great vintages of the best vineyards. In the friendly Chevreul district, Agathe welcomes us to her cheese shop - open long hours, until 10pm in the evening! - to combine a personal selection of cheeses with fine bottles of natural wines.
