On ressort à chaque fois de ce lieu plus léger et gentil qu’on n’y est entré.
Je questionne mon assiette: des aliments ordinaires en apparence ont revelé une finesse et fraicheur extraordinaires, une chimie insoupçonnée. La nature - restée aux portes de la ville - conspire à cette table.
