Restaurant playing in the register of the carnivorous gastronomy.

Nostalgic diners may miss the "grand" days of the Carnegie, when OL parties were held in Gerland, and large, virile tables were set around good meat, but those who are unfamiliar with the special atmosphere of Carnegie Hall, a tribute to New York and its famous Gallagher's Steakhouse, must at least dine there to discover the work of Jean-Baptiste Killijian. After working in slaughterhouses and butcher shops, the kind-hearted JB opened this restaurant dedicated to grilled meats, be they beef, veal, lamb or even horse (a rarity these days...). Fresh beef carpaccio, mitre steak, prime rib, offal à la lyonnaise... A carnivorous address.

The meat is truly excellent and well-stocked dishes. However, it is a canteen, very noisy and staff (probably overflowed) is not more welcoming, nor the owner elsewhere.
