Time flies faster than French fries... (poetry be damned). Far from the neo-burgers of trendy chefs, this Lyon hamburgeria set up shop in La Guillotière 22 years ago! It's a cosy, neighborhood bistro-style place where you can enjoy a complete sandwich made with fresh products selected with particular care. The 100% homemade formula is a pleasure to savor in a Atelier where the buns are multiplied à la carte. Burgers with distinctive origins - Australian, Auvergnat, Corsican, Savoyard, Italian... -generous and particularly tasty. Salads in fine weather in the same spirit of freshness. All homemade with a lot of love.

Great atmosphere as soon as you walk through the doors, cute Lyonnais style restaurant, fantastic burgers. Hugo is a gem of a man, and Marion always delivers the best food. Great team! Do not hesitate, and make sure you come hungry!

De las mejores que he probado, clavan el punto de carne y las patatas son caseras e incluidas en el precio. El servicio es genial, no se puede ir con prisa, pero compensan muchísimo con la calidad

Cela fait seulement 2 fois que je prends à emporter à l’Atelier de Marion mais les burgers sont délicieux, gourmands et généreux (le St-Marcellin pour ma part, incroyable). Une équipe au top, une ambiance géniale, des produits quali. Une véritable hamburgeria authentique !
