Restaurant with an excellent quality-price ratio, where the Japanese chef proposes an Asian cuisine and masters the French cuisine.
In the series of Japanese chefs based in Lyon, Seisaku Miyamoto offers us his version of a Franco-Japanese cuisine that never ceases to amaze. A cuisine full of delicacy and flavor, served on plates that are veritable works of art. An address of great discretion, where the main quality of the decor is not to distract us from the essential: the dish. The chef, who has worked at some of France's finest restaurants, including Lassausaie in Chasselay, has mastered the classics of French cuisine to perfection, putting them into a Japanese sauce with brio. The short menu changes regularly, a good reason to come back often and be surprised at Saku.
