And happiness is the order of the day at this restaurant, which boasts a giant lobster and plenty of originality. With his kitchen team, Max has selected the finest products for "simple" cooking. Starting with meats from Bello, an exceptional butcher, like this grilled beef onglet or a Rossini beef with truffle jus. Pour les plats, c'est divin, cuisson respectée, concept original pour la France (mélange terre et mer) et bons accords mets / vins.
L'ambiance, je vous laisse découvrir, c'était indescriptible et génial, allez-y les yeux fermés, mais réservez à l'avance !
