We had planned to classify this address in Gerland's fast-changing district in our "Bar" section. And it's true that this Maison Bleue, with no particular hill other than an ascent to a bridge, offers an excellent bar area. A fine selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic regional drinks, especially beers. But after lunch on the terrace overlooking the courtyard, we quickly changed our mind and classified the Maison Bleue as one of Lyon's finest restaurants. Seasonal cuisine prepared by a team inspired by market produce. Tasty dishes, lovingly prepared right down to the desserts. A real revelation and top value for money.

Pour une première visite, ne vous fiez pas aux apparences. On s'imagine difficilement trouver une si belle adresse de la rue, derrière ces murs... bleus.
S'il ne fallait retenir qu'une chose ; c'est un haut lieu de convivialité, au déjeuner, en afterwork, ou même pour un anniversaire (possibilité de privatiser le salon).
On y est toujours bien reçu. Sans compter un dernier atout, c'est hyper facile de réserver.
Une jolie découverte. Une carte petite mais avec des jolies pépites.
Serveurs et serveuses sympathiques. De quoi passer un très bon moment !
