To all the declinists who think Lyon can't offer any more surprises, get out of the trendy neighborhoods and take the metro to Garibaldi station. At the top of the stairs, Le Suprême, the most unexpected of bistronomic restaurants. A cosy room with exposed stone walls and the expertise of a winning duo of chefs trained by the best: Grégory Stawowy, originally from La Rochelle - he cooks fish to perfection - and his South Korean wife, Yun Young. The result is a short, seasonal menu combining product quality, technical expertise and creativity. Great culinary art, to be enjoyed on site or to take away with Click & Collect.
