At the top of the stairs, Le Suprême, the most unexpected of bistronomic restaurants. A cosy room with exposed stone walls and the expertise of a winning duo of chefs trained by the best: Grégory Stawowy, originally from La Rochelle - he cooks fish to perfection - and his South Korean wife, Yun Young. The result is a short, seasonal menu combining product quality, technical expertise and creativity. Great culinary art, to be enjoyed on site or to take away with Click & Collect.
