Restaurant with a beautiful terrace offering seasonal flavors from fresh market products.

Écume doesn't make waves, but it's one of the best addresses in a booming district, while EM Lyon is about to open its doors not far from a beautiful terrace on the avenue. In other words, l'Écume has a bright future ahead of it, especially as this restaurant ticks all the boxes of a successful bistro. No pre-determined menu, just surprise cuisine using the finest seasonal produce inspired by Chef Laurent. A surprise menu adaptable to all diets (bravo!). Excellent Mediterranean fish, but not only. Xavier, in the dining room and in the wine department, presents a personal selection of 300 wines.

Bonne cuisine, ingrédients frais et locaux. service agréable bien qu'un peu long. La salle est un peu bruyante. Plusieurs choix de menus surprises le soir, prix corrects.
