Restaurant offering high quality dishes based on good products.

We can't say enough good things about L'Art et la Manière. This Guillotière address was created over 20 years ago, and hasn't waited for everyone else to do bistronomy to do it their way. A delightful setting with old stonework and exposed beams, serving up plates as beautiful as they are delicious, made from excellent seasonal produce. Creativity thanks to Chef Jeff's know-how, who happily renews the menu in a bath of gustatory pleasures with roasted scallops, contised with Iberian lomo, risotto and coral in emulsified bisque. Wonderful wine service and cellar open during restaurant hours. A magical experience.

Les plats sont bien (suprême de volaille bien tendre et pas sec; faisselle avec crème fraiche et crème de marron).
Par contre, la facturation est plutôt étrange : alors que le menu et l'ardoise propose une formule plat/dessert à 23€, on me facture le plat de la formule à 17€ et le dessert de la formule à 7€, soit un total de 24€ en m'expliquant que c'est parce que c'est compliqué de facturer la formule !!! OK, on ne parle que d'un euro par personne, mais ça n'est pas vraiment honnête !

Encore un bon repas, des plats beaux et bons.
On est venu en groupe (18 personnes). Très biens reçus, servis dans un délai raisonnable.
