We can't say enough good things about L'Art et la Manière. This Guillotière address was created over 20 years ago, and hasn't waited for everyone else to do bistronomy to do it their way. A delightful setting with old stonework and exposed beams, serving up plates as beautiful as they are delicious, made from excellent seasonal produce. Creativity thanks to Chef Jeff's know-how, who happily renews the menu in a bath of gustatory pleasures with roasted scallops, contised with Iberian lomo, risotto and coral in emulsified bisque. Wonderful wine service and cellar open during restaurant hours. A magical experience.

Quant au repas lui-même... L'assaisonnement du saumon gravlax n'était pas bon et la volaille n'était carrément pas cuite, impossible de manger la pièce en entier, j'ai dû laisser tout le milieu ! Bref je ne reviendrai pas dans ce restaurant pour ma part.
