Réservation d’une chambre lors des fêtes de la Lumière à Lyon. Hotel très bien placé car à 10 min à pied d’une bouche de métro. Chambres spacieuses et propres, parking au tarif abordable, je recommande !

It is my first night in this hotel and the heating is not working. The room was cold and looked like an ice cave. When I asked for help from the front desk, they told me that I work alone and we do not have a technician or staff to help you arrange your affairs for this night.

If you are ready to get slapped with ice and get sick with a flu. welcome

Une arrivée ou la petite employee arrogante se croit toute puissante en vous demandant une piece d'identité que vous n'avez malheuresement pas sur vous
Mais au final, on a deja reservé par CB, au nom d'une société et je propose meme de laisser ma Carte de Visite
Mais la petite imperatrice de la reception n'en demord pas
Il lui faut une piece d'identité
Je lui fait remarqué l'absurdité de son entetement et tout de suite la "patronne" de l'etablissement s'en mele et reprend les memes questions alors qu'elle connait tres bien les reponses
Je n'ai pas cedé et elle a bien du reconnaitre qu'elle n'avait pas le pouvoir d'annuler ma reservation pour si peu

Mais je me souviendrai de cet etablissement pitoyable ou je reviendrai pas et ou je ne conseille a personne de venir

Si vous voulez passer la nuit dans un apparetement glacial malgré les 29 degres de la clim .
Dormir dans un lit a peine plus epais qu'un lit d'hopital

Une experience deplorable, honteuse et a ne jamais recommencer.
