Except that at Comptoir B, in the heart of the Vaise district, you could take forever to savor the warm ambience of a delightful dining room hosted by the sunny Mélanie, and savor the home cooking of Loïc, an authentic enthusiast. In a "neo-bistro" style, the chef, assisted by Lénaïg, works with mostly fresh, local produce on a short menu with 4 choices for each course. Creativity and flavors in tune with the seasons. La cuisine y est très savoureuse. Les cuissons ainsi que les assaisonnements sont maîtrisés à la perfection par le chef qui d’ailleurs prend le temps de venir discuter entre 2 dressages. Le serveur a été très agréable et nous a fait passer un bon moment.
