The Domeva is our house on the side of Vaise and probably one of the best pizza in Lyon. Here we took advantage of the first rays of the sun on a pleasant terrace in the heart of the city (easy access by metro D, Station station, 5 minutes from Bellecour) and yet cut off from traffic. Here we come back to refresh during the heatwave and this is where we will return all winter to enjoy a room as warm as the reception reserved by a whole team. In short, all seasons and all the reasons are good to go to Domeva Caffé, enjoy the cuisine of a true Master Restaurant, Sylvain Scotti. Set in the largest houses - from Villa Florentine to the Brasserie des Brotteaux - the chef offers a 100%-storey cuisine, made from high quality products, with Italian flavours. Among the specialties: a maxi carpaccio of beef and mozzarella di bufala campana, Italian antipasti and a pizza in the pesto, a tagliata di manzo to balsamic and pesto cream, maxi salads perfectly composed to begin. To follow, a milanese of calf, mixed breadcrumbs breadcrumbs, homemade lasagna, potato gnocchis with Parmesan and Speck of Trentino, inescapable shades and famous pizzas (homemade paste, fresh vegetables and tomato sauce). Each of them has a choice for the coffee and amaretto tiramisu or for the trilogy of cotta mini, a "hit" of the house. A map of wines from Italy, of course.
