The Domeva is our house on the side of Vaise and probably one of the best pizza in Lyon. Set in the largest houses - from Villa Florentine to the Brasserie des Brotteaux - the chef offers a 100%-storey cuisine, made from high quality products, with Italian flavours. Among the specialties: a maxi carpaccio of beef and mozzarella di bufala campana, Italian antipasti and a pizza in the pesto, a tagliata di manzo to balsamic and pesto cream, maxi salads perfectly composed to begin. To follow, a milanese of calf, mixed breadcrumbs breadcrumbs, homemade lasagna, potato gnocchis with Parmesan and Speck of Trentino, inescapable shades and famous pizzas (homemade paste, fresh vegetables and tomato sauce). Was not be disappointed! The pizzas are excellent with a fine pasta jaime and any filling with gout.je am left me tempted by a chocolate fondant for dessert, delicious with wish I could not even finish it so it is copious! The waitresses are very nice and the touch savoury at all for my budget student!
