Over the past 8 years in the Vaise district, Le Tiroir has managed to renew itself while maintaining a high level of quality, both in service and in the kitchen, enabling it to boast a well-deserved Bib Gourmand award. Along with Alexis Lauriac, Rémi Charvet has entrusted the stoves at Le Tiroir to a well-known figure in the house, young chef Emmanuel Decloitre. He perpetuates the tradition of a cuisine that emphasizes the product without distorting it. Warm surroundings, tasty seasonal dishes on a menu with regional accents: farmhouse pig loin with spices and reduced meat juice. A superb wine list, also with a regional flavour extended to Burgundy. An address that's a cut above the rest!

Allez y faire un tour et régalez vous.
Le menu spécial Saint-Valentin était très original, avec certaines saveurs pas si souvent retrouvées en restaurant (lapin notamment).
Le gérant est très accueillant, tout comme l’équipe du restaurant (surtout Aurélien pour notre part).
