Restaurant with a large terrace offering a nice wine list in Lyon.
Just a stone's throw from the Valmy metro station, Racine reconnects us with what's essential: the earth, nature, good seasonal produce, mostly organic, worked and cooked by a passionate chef. It's no surprise that chef Gabriel Delhomme is from Burgundy. With his attachment to his homeland, he offers a superb selection of wines to accompany his bistronomic cuisine, a skilful blend of French tradition and personal creativity: back of wild boar, pan-fried escalope of foie gras, carrots flambéed in whisky, barley risotto, choco/café crumble, reduced meat juice with chocolate. Every first Saturday of the month, the Chef's Meal features a unique product. Excellent value for money.
