PARISH CHURCH OF ST. JAMES THE GREAT
This very beautiful 12th century Romanesque building is particularly interesting for its sculpted parts. Its eight-sided bedside is decorated with checkers and chip modillions, its western portal has very beautiful hinges. Inside, the plan is composed of a blind nave, with side aisles, and a transept, not projecting, surmounted by a dome on trunks and an apse in the cul-de-four. The capitals have an original carved decoration representing biblical scenes. The classical Auvergne repertoire is also present, with sirens, the miser, the rope monkey, the acrobat, the griffins. Some restorations were made in the 19th century. To see during your walk.
