Nice hotel-restaurant in the center of the village, run by a young couple, Rodolphe and Séverine Botteron. Discover a traditional cuisine based on fresh local products. Here, the slate changes every day according to the seasons. But the menus also allow us to enjoy a cuisine made from good local products: homemade foie gras, homemade terrine on a board, andouillette from Braillon's, fresh fish from the market, fresh frogs with parsley sauce (on reservation). Nice wine list to go with it all.
