Three generations have perpetuated the good life and good food of three of the most gourmet terroirs in France. Yvonne, the first generation, was the grandmother who started behind the stove. Then, it was Michel's turn to leave his place in the kitchen to Bernard Chemarin. A pupil of Paul Bocuse and Pierre Orsi, Lyon's gastronomic benchmarks, the chef - a member of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises - offers authentic and particularly careful local cuisine in his beautiful family home. Happiness begins when you settle down on the magnificent terrace shaded by the leaves of the tall trees, one of the most beautiful in the region, or in a warm room with well set and perfectly prepared tables. On Aunt Yvonne's menu: a duck and trumpet pâté with a heart of foie gras, an Arctic char and its pan-fried Saint-Jacques meunière, a pan-fried filet of Charolais beef and its escalope of foie gras.
