Is it possible to make a "beer" from 100% local cereals? Yes, thanks to an exclusive process created by an innovative brewery, Brasserie Dulion. A brewery like no other, since it has decided to reinvent the brewing tradition in Rillieux-la-Pape. The idea is to brew from raw cereals (not malted), harvested in the region and organically grown. The result is an original range, with a Blonde 100% buckwheat (gluten-free), a blanche 100% spelt, a NEIPA 100% rye, and many other original recipes. Since last year, you can admire the brewery from its bar (evenings and privatizations on request).
