Within the Ermitage hotel, a jewel offering a panoramic view of Lyon and its surroundings, the restaurant's room with its bow-windows happily combines natural luminosity and contemporary lines. Well-laid out tables, and other more unusual ones, to savour the cuisine of chef Yann Orgebin in complete peace of mind. A cuisine composed by seasonal products and original combinations: roasted andouillette bobosse, blood sausage tapenade, rhubarb compote and celery purée or a back of saithe steamed with seaweed, cabbage, kumquat marmalade, green juice and tea emulsion. Like everything else, homemade desserts are surprising and delicious. The terrace opens onto a green setting and you can fully enjoy these moments as a lover or a family. A restaurant "on the heights" in every respect!
