A unique place on the heights of the Monts-d'Or to climb to other gourmet peaks. First, the location. Within the Ermitage hotel, a jewel offering a panoramic view of Lyon and its surroundings, the restaurant's room with its bow-windows happily combines natural luminosity and contemporary lines. Well-laid out tables, and other more unusual ones, to savour the cuisine of chef Yann Orgebin in complete peace of mind. A cuisine composed by seasonal products and original combinations: roasted andouillette bobosse, blood sausage tapenade, rhubarb compote and celery purée or a back of saithe steamed with seaweed, cabbage, kumquat marmalade, green juice and tea emulsion. Like everything else, homemade desserts are surprising and delicious. The terrace opens onto a green setting and you can fully enjoy these moments as a lover or a family. A restaurant "on the heights" in every respect!

We found the hotel very hard to find using SatNav but we now know not to follow it. We're staying again next week so we were obviously very satisfied customers!
L'emplacement est beau, la vue également,
Parcontre les chambre ainsi que leurs accommodations, très décevants,
Des taches de peinture dans la baignoire.
Le "SPA" n'est composé que d'une minuscule piscine et d'un jacuzzi, de plus dans le couloir pour y accéder ; la peinture n'était pas terminer d'un coté.
