A room with large bay windows lends a warm, friendly atmosphere to the whole place, and all that's left is to tell you about chef Bernard Ravier's cuisine. A traditional, regional cuisine with fresh frogs in parsley sauce and fried freshwater-caught bleak, andouillette from Braillon, fromage blanc and crème caramel. Simple and delicious.
