This restaurant is the work of Chef Frédéric Virte, an authentic kitchen enthusiast who carries out superb seasonal plates from fresh and quality products, from where possible local producers. A warm atmosphere in a room as well adapted for business lunches as dinners in lovers. Excellent service to bring us plates full of freshness and flavours, especially with vegetables that find their place: conchiglionis stuffed in fine ratatouille, frozen grout of Parmesan tomato and shavings or a melting of mountain ceps in carbonara di Colonnata to begin. To follow, blanquette de, pilaf rice, citrus foam and orange zests or a line of thread to butter of capers and bacon, crushed potatoes.
