You need to be able to get out of the city, be curious, take trails to be really Smart. Take from Lyon to the east, pass the Parilly park towards Saint-Priest, then leave the grand street and take the direction of the station with its relay park. You can easily reach this quiet area and discover the restaurant, simply under the balcony of a suburban home. All your efforts will soon be rewarded as soon as you have crossed the door of a refined house where the expression "traditional cuisine" makes sense by opening up new culinary horizons. This restaurant is the work of Chef Frédéric Virte, an authentic kitchen enthusiast who carries out superb seasonal plates from fresh and quality products, from where possible local producers. A warm atmosphere in a room as well adapted for business lunches as dinners in lovers. Excellent service to bring us plates full of freshness and flavours, especially with vegetables that find their place: conchiglionis stuffed in fine ratatouille, frozen grout of Parmesan tomato and shavings or a melting of mountain ceps in carbonara di Colonnata to begin. To follow, blanquette de, pilaf rice, citrus foam and orange zests or a line of thread to butter of capers and bacon, crushed potatoes.
