For 150 years, six generations of restaurateurs, the Chatard has made the heart of gourmets beat faster. In this natural setting of the southern Beaujolais, each generation has contributed its stone to the building. Sébastien Chatard offers us his contemporary version of local cuisine made from excellent products. Half-cooked duck foie gras, scallops with saffron pistils, pike steak with Nantua coulis, free-range chicken with honey... All of this is done to the rhythm of the seasons. Homemade desserts and a beautiful wine list for a gourmet address.

L'employé de service lors de notre séjour n'a pas choisi le métier par vocation...
Impossible de se faire servir un Perrier à 17h05 un samedi à la terrasse de l'hôtel (elle ferme à 17h).
Et le soir il faut regagner sa chambre par une porte de service qui rejoint le premier étage: super pour les amateurs de labyrinthe.
Ce n'est pas de l'hôtellerie!
