For 150 years, six generations of restaurateurs, the Chatard has made the heart of gourmets beat faster. In this natural setting of the southern Beaujolais, each generation has contributed its stone to the building. Sébastien Chatard offers us his contemporary version of local cuisine made from excellent products. Half-cooked duck foie gras, scallops with saffron pistils, pike steak with Nantua coulis, free-range chicken with honey... All of this is done to the rhythm of the seasons. Homemade desserts and a beautiful wine list for a gourmet address.

Seul bémol, une déco un peu vieillotte, mais, il y a tellement de points positif que finalement celle ci passe au second plan.
Si vous devez visiter le coin, je vous recommande vivement cet établissement.

Rapport qualité prix rien à redire. J'ai pris la cocotte de ris de veau aux champignons et je ne l'ai pas regretté car c'était méga bon????
