For 150 years, six generations of restaurateurs, the Chatard has made the heart of gourmets beat faster. In this natural setting of the southern Beaujolais, each generation has contributed its stone to the building. Sébastien Chatard offers us his contemporary version of local cuisine made from excellent products. Half-cooked duck foie gras, scallops with saffron pistils, pike steak with Nantua coulis, free-range chicken with honey... All of this is done to the rhythm of the seasons. Homemade desserts and a beautiful wine list for a gourmet address.

Un peu en retrait mais parfait quand on vient de la ville. A l'écoute de la clientèle, attentionnés et bienveillants. Un arrêt de deux jours très agréable, nous reviendrons !

remarquable restaurant bon accueil les plats bien cuisinés et un excellent beaujolais servi à bonne température. thefork nous a confirmé la réservation alors que ce restaurant ne travaille pus avec thefork. Ils nous ont quand même accueilli sans réservation et étant plein

Très bon accueil dans ce grand restaurant niché au coeur d'un village du Beaujolais.
Menu express au déjeuner à 13,50€ (plat / dessert / café). Excellent rapport qualité prix.
