Old restored tourist hotel in Lavigerie with nice and furnished rooms.

Alta Terra is the dream of Stéphane, a native of Cantal and Virginie, a Swiss woman from Valais. Both of them have restored this former tourist hotel from the 1920s, with the greatest respect for local architecture and materials close to nature. You can relax and enjoy yourself here. The four rooms are cosy and give pride of place to wood and traditional furniture. For a little more exoticism, go to the hut which is in fact a cosy house a little apart. To relax, hammam, sauna and Nordic bath await you.

Opening time and information on ALTA TERRA

Open all year round. The rooms are available to guests from 5pm on the day of arrival. From 80 to 130 € / night + breakfast + access to the hammam and sauna. Holiday vouchers. Catering (table d'hôtes, in the evening, on reservation: 20 € per adult - children: 3 years 3 €, 4 years 4 €, 5 years 5 € etc. until 12 years. Drinks not included). Hammam, sauna. Norwegian bath.

Une très bonne adresse, un lieu de partage, une bonne table au cœur du Cantal. Stephane et Virginie sont très accueillants et partagent leur idées et recettes, dans le respect de la nature et d'une économie de proximité , nous avons passé un très bon week-end.

Nous avons juste pris un café délicieux sur la terrasse. La vue est splendide. L'accueil est très chaleureux. J'ai adoré ce lieu. Envie d'y revenir en chambre d'hôte et de tester le
sauna...
