For the past 7 years, chef Philippe Gauvreau - already a two-time Michelin-starred chef - has set up shop on the roof of the "Phare" in Tassin (with free underground parking), and continues to treat us to the great outdoors at Daddy Poule. This atypical place is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to midnight, offering plenty of opportunities for gourmet dining in the dining room or on the incredible terrace. A high degree of conviviality, a festive atmosphere on weekends, seasonal, quality cuisine for a nibble with friends or a gourmet meal: fillet of sea bass roasted on the skin, spider pig cooked a la plancha, not forgetting the poultry. Vegan or vegetarian plates. Privatization possible.
