Traditional cuisine by local chef Damien Ferrandini. The chef works with fresh produce (the menu changes with each season), most of which is local, to serve up tasty and generous dishes: crème brûlée with foie gras and Sauternes; beef ribeye with pepper sauce and mashed potatoes. A gourmet getaway to share with the whole family.

Vraiment, nous sommes enthousiastes, et j'ai pour ma part hâte de retourner au Mayol et de retrouver son gentil patron et son chef talentueux!
Unanimité quand aux plats succulents et copieux, jeune patron discret et très sympathique.
Jeune adresse à retenir et à encourager.
Et en plus, la gentillesse de l'accueil, et des prix plutôt abordables au regard de la qualité !
