Happiness at the Source. You have to go up to this inn perched among the vines to enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the valley and gourmet cuisine that blends tradition with personal notes. A warm welcome from Lucie at chef Freddy's table. With our eyes scanning the landscape, we enjoy a cuisine of local flavors, with the inevitable frog legs, and southern flavors with a seafood quenelle and bisque, or grilled swordfish with pistachio. Superb food and wine pairings with fine references.
