A little corner of paradise hidden away on an island in the Rhone Islands. Chez Paul'O is a large, chic guinguette - with tablecloths, fine crockery and impeccable service - an open-air restaurant with a magnificent terrace. A chic, relaxed place to indulge in refined dining. Traditional cuisine by Benoît Toussaint, with quality products on a short menu. Unmissable fresh frogs sautéed just like in Dombes, as well as the butcher's cut with homemade mashed potatoes. A charming address.

nous avons réservé une table de 2 personnes pour le réveillon du jour de l'an, le repas était de très basse qualité, aucun service envers le client, manque de personnel, environ 100 personnes pour 2 serveurs) entre chaque plat
il fallait attendre en moyenne 1h30 et nous sommes partis sans manger le fromage et le dessert, le pain sec, après s'être plaint au personnel, leur réponse était que cela venait de la direction. Ce réveillon était juste dans le but de faire un gros bénéfice avec des produits moyens.

Nous sommes deux compagnes et nous avons fêté nos 50 ans d'amour dans un cadre de verdure magnifique. le déjeuné et le service furent de bonne qualité ,
mais surtout nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel qui après quelques photos , nous confectionnais au pied levé , et avec beaucoup de gentillesse.un petit plateau
anniversaire, rendant encore plus heureuses une journée déjà pleine de bonheur. Merci à tous.

I very revolted, yesterday evening (Tuesday, July 29, 2014) you have decided to spend an evening in family in paul' O, but unfortunately you might remember that home you can smoke has the interior of the restaurant when you have the means to pay the fine! (At Least it is what told us, when you ask the " not very gentille" waitress) was the first for us, and the last sincerely, restaurant at all provided for young children, very noisy, the excessive prices compared to the quality of the dishes. It is hard to believe the label " Les Toques Blanches Lyonnaise "

We had custom to regularly go for lunch and dinner at Paul' O, then that disappointment this summer when we found ourselves in the heart of a crowded terrace, waiters and waitresses completely outdated by events, sometimes disrespectful, errors in dishes and to crown it all, dishes flavours. So we returned there, it would need to return to the success of this restaurant: a charming setting, a welcome and quality service, refined dishes, etc. But when success leads up to the head...
