All accommodation packages differ one another. Because we are all looking for comfort and hotel services, but we also want our independence and conviviality as in a guest room, and we hardly find satisfaction. Fortunately, Lyon City Home's no longer obliges us to choose, offering us a new package in Lyon: superb guest rooms, bed & breakfast version, top-class hotel amenities! A 3-star deluxe hotel concept. Located in the heart of Villeurbanne, between the Doua and the Emile Zola courtyard (Republic Metro), not far from the Parc de la Tête d'Or, and 1 km from Part Dieu train station and the 6^th arrondissement of Lyon, these guest rooms brilliantly maintained by the adorable Pascal - ex-butler with an incredible charisma, whose kindness and professionalism who have represented great houses - are genuine cosy nests of luxury bedding (memory foam), perfectly functional (toilet space, flat-screen TV, high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, unlimited call time, ironing service, safe, concierge, parking attendant, à la carte services…) and tastefully decorated. Without forgetting Pascal's table, open for a memorable breakfast and meals worthy of the gastronomy capital! Personalised services which only palaces can offer, highly comfortable rooms, a complete independence, perfect conditions for a visit or work at a low rate. Super expérience ! J'ai trouvé ce B&B comme solution d'urgence après l'annulation de mon train et j'ai été positivement surprise. Le hôte Pascal m'a rejoint à côté du métro et m'as gentiment aidé avec mes valises (et ça arrive pas souvent ça!). L'appartement est chaleureux et décoré avec soin (j'ai adoré les tableaux avec les animaux☺️). La cuisine est équipée et on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour se sentir vraiment chez soi. Tout est propre et le hôte est tellement gentil et attentif qu'il a même amené du pain frais pour le déjeuner.
La position à quelques pas du métro A (République) permet de rejoindre le centre-ville, la Presqu'île et les Gares principales très facilement.
L'accueil est génial et la chambre aussi, je recommande vivement si vous passez sur Lyon!

Not honest host. Book at your own risk.

I booked a stay here early to save cost, but when they see the price of that date goes up later on, they just find a lame excuse to cancel my stay (and later on rented the room at higher price), and I was forced to search elsewhere to stay at much higher cost with no compensation.

Pascal est un hôte très accueillant. Il nous a gentiment trouvé une solution d'urgence pour nous héberger. Nous le remercions pour sa sympathie et son humour. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient excellents, avec un très bon crémant en apéro. La chambre est agréable, la literie est top et toutes les commodités sont là. Idéal pour se détendre avant un évènement stressant, comme un concours.

Honteux, ce n'est pas un hôtel, l'hôte nous a demandé de payer en liquide alors que l'on avait réservé sur Booking. Une fois sur place, il n'y avait pas de clés… Je ne recommande pas du tout

Emplacement idéal, à guère plus de 5 minutes à pieds du CCO Jean-Pierre Lachaize, donc très bien lorsqu'on vient de loin pour voir un concert (pour ma part Seth le 17 septembre 2022). Appartement comprenant 3 chambres (avec cuisine et sanitaires en commun), pour ma part j'ai eu la Barok, très propre et à la déco originale. Pascal, le gérant, est très réactif et arrangeant, il m'a laissé garder la chambre plus longtemps que l'heure de départ habituel. Seul bémol, la fenêtre très peu isolée, on entend les bruits des voitures dans la rue, pas très pratique pour dormir si on a le sommeil léger. Mais Pascal m'a assuré que des travaux étaient prévus très prochainement pour remédier à cela, se renseigner peut-être donc avant pour vérifier la chambre attribuée ainsi que l'état d'avancement des travaux. Petit déjeuner en autonomie, tout est à disposition dans le petit espace cuisine (un peu sombre), pas de fruits mais du bon pain, beurre, confiture, café...
