Today, it is difficult to find one's way through the choice and management of domestic energy. Which one to choose? How to finance a sustainable project? Who should install the new equipment? To answer these many questions, the ALE (Agence Locale de l'Energie) is available to the public. Bringing together local authorities, consular chambers, consumer associations, professional federations, energy producers and distributors, the agency's main objectives are to promote, support, advise and offer resources to applicants. Its Espace Info Energie is entirely dedicated to providing information to individuals. To access it, you must make an appointment by phone. Joint appointments with the CAUE (energy advisor + architect) are also possible on the first Wednesday and third Friday of each month. Created in 2000, on the initiative of the Metropolis of Lyon, it is supported by ADEME and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region. It runs the Rhône-Metropole de Lyon Energy Information Center and is the gateway to the ECORENO'V program for private housing renovation projects.
