Back to Beaujolais was founded in 2010 in Beaujolais by Pauline de Castelnau, a French lover of wine. A daughter of vine-grower, she grew up in the vineyards of Burgundy and Beaujolais. She is very attached to the vintages of her childhood. The Back to Beaujolais mission is to offer you a unique, bespoke and intimate discovery of the wine secrets of the regions surrounding and in the case of Beaujolais.
