You're going to love La Balançoire in Aix-les-Bains! It's the same concept (the same house) as La Bicyclette Rose in Annecy: breakfast, brunch, lunch and tea time with fresh, seasonal and local produce (because short circuits are important, and so is local know-how!). As a result, the menu changes with the seasons, of course, and formulas vary according to the market. The icing on the cake: the ingredients are as organic as possible, as is the case with the eggs, and the prices are very reasonable. Impeccable service.
