Traditional Savoyard cuisine in a restaurant in Aix-les-Bains.
In the pedestrian street, a restaurant with a modern and refined decoration. Shades of brown, beige and red to spend a pleasant time. Traditional cuisine with Savoyard specialities (fondues, conveyors, charcuterie…) but also toast, fresh pasta, hot stones… The L'Ecuelle plate consists of a variety of beef (beef fillet, mudflap, rump and tender). The duck magret is completely cooked in the oven to keep all its aromas. Roestis are the speciality of the house, the shredded potatoes shelter. We preferred salmon. Downstairs, a beautiful vaulted room.

Le petit bémol est que nous étions tous dans la salle d entrée et non non dans la salle des voutes comme le montre les photos. Celle ci manque un peu d aérations donc très forte odeur de fromage à raclettes. Mais au bout d un moment on s y fait

Top pour les burger !!! Léger bémol pour un manque de cuisson sur la tartiflette.
