BRASSERIE DE LA POSTE
Brasserie with terrace in Aix-les-Bains offering homemade cuisine and Savoyard specialties.
A brewery that has been on the road since 1964 and offers a correct home-cooked kitchen. Plates are copious, better forecast to be hungry. We have preferred roasted hind to honey and polenta to ceps and bacon cubes. A good taste of honey, a pity that it lacked ceps in the polenta. Frogs'legs are fresh and served with a sweet garlic parsemé in beautiful quantities. Beautiful homemade fruit pies attract you from the entrance. Also noteworthy are Savoyard specialities, Fried Mussels (the hotel has been awarded the fried Mould bronze award). The location is pleasant, with a small terrace for a drink, its collection of teddy bears, a little retro with old boats and photos. The service is efficient, professional. The servers are friendly, cool and smiling.
