Gastronomic restaurant in Aix-les-Bains, good value for money, offering seasonal, refined and inventive cuisine.

After making their culinary mark at the Château de Candie in Chambéry, where they were awarded a Michelin star, Boris and Cédric opened Restaurant 59 in Aix-les-Bains in 2010. Originally, the two brothers managed the establishment: Boris worked in the kitchen, while Cédric was in charge of service. In 2013, Cédric took over as chef d'orchestre. His cuisine is based on the use of fresh produce chosen for its quality. The restaurant offers beautiful presentations in a hushed, friendly atmosphere.

Toujours un très grand plaisir !
Complémentarité exemplaire entre cuisine et salle et toujours un vrai plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles, Deuxième dégustation au 59 en 2 semaines des magnifiques Saint-Jacques (sans parler du reste : mise en bouche, surprenant et succulent dessert châtaigne et champignon, mignardises..). Vivement le
3eme repas du mois et on sera sur un « 59-3 » ????. Un grand merci Cedric , Bruno pour votre délicate attention en ce jour d’anniversaire !

Un accueil et un service qui desservent la cuisine
Une cuisine excellente refroidie par l’accueil glacial, un service désagréable et une attente plus que déraisonnable.
Les plats sont excellents. Merci aux cuisiniers.
Mais nous ne reviendrons pas et nous déconseillons fortement.
Bref c’est dommage !
