In 1982, chef José de Anacleto opened one of the first French gourmet restaurants in the southern United States, in South Carolina. The chef has since moved to Albertville. His cuisine, steeped in tradition and local flavors, highlights local products such as fish from Lake Geneva and Savoyard meats. The cheese cart offers a varied selection. In his dishes, José de Anacleto shares his love of French gastronomy.
