With this tour, the fortifications of the Albertville region will no longer have any secrets for you. We will start with the Tourmotte, an ancient feudal mound from the 11th century. We discover its remains, namely a part of the castle enclosure and the original mound next to the church. A little further up, we discover the fort of Tamié and its acrofort. Once on the hillside, we will continue until we find ourselves perched at an altitude of 144 m at the Fort de la Batterie. From there, the view is breathtaking and deserves to stop for a moment, facing Mont-Blanc, overlooking a cliff and overlooking the Ugine valley. We will end with the Fort du Mont at an altitude of 1,130 m, which overlooks the Albertville region. What a ride!
