FELICIAN MUSEUM
Museum representing the daily life of farmers in the past, with a collection of objects used by the inhabitants of Maurienne.
The guided tour lasts about an hour and a half and allows you to discover the daily life of the farmers of the past. Three short documentaries bring this exploration of the past to life. The exhibition rooms are rich in objects that were used by the inhabitants of the Maurienne, at the beginning of 1900, according to the rhythm of the seasons. The driving son is Félicien, a peasant who tells the visitor about his life, his land, his family, and Foncine, his wife, recounts her busy days as she stands in the kitchen. And if you have an adventurous soul, you might try your hand at knitting or take part in a game of Tupines.
