FELICIAN MUSEUM
Museum representing the daily life of farmers in the past, with a collection of objects used by the inhabitants of Maurienne.
The guided tour lasts around an hour and a half, providing an insight into the daily lives of farmers in bygone days. Three short documentary films bring this exploration of the past to life. The exhibition rooms feature a wealth of objects used by the people of Maurienne in the early 1900s, as the seasons changed. The common thread is Félicien, a farmer who tells visitors about his life, his land, his family, and Foncine, his daughter, will recount her busy days as she stands in the kitchen. And if you're feeling adventurous, maybe you'll try your hand at knitting or join in a game of Tupines.
