La Pierra Menta, founded in 1970, overlooks the Roselend dam and offers breathtaking views of Mont-Blanc. Catherine and Bernard Martin offer authentic Savoyard cuisine based on local produce, with must-tries such as tartiflette with "grataron d'Arêches". After a hike or a scenic drive from Beaufort, it's the ideal place for a gourmet break. We recommend a candlelit dinner with a view of the sunset.
