Church in Bessans, with a decorated vault above the high altar in white marble.

This remarkable church is part of the Chemins du Baroque®, a network of 80 buildings with free or guided access organized by the Facim Foundation. The ceiling of the vestibule of the Saint-Jean-Baptiste church features a relief depiction of the Miracle of the Holy Host from Turin, framed by putti. Other interesting features include the decorated vault above the white marble high altar, the altarpiece and the Rosary altar.
