Brasserie in the heart of Brides, not far from the thermal baths, with a menu that changes with the seasons.

Nestled in the heart of Brides-les-Bains, close to the spa, La Fabrik was a real discovery. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by attentive service who guided us through an inventive menu, perfectly in tune with the seasons. The pork chop, sublimated by gnocchi and spinach, was a real treat, as were the perfectly prepared scallops. For dessert, the pavlova and blueberry tartelette, topped with génépi, were exquisite. An experience not to be missed!

Très bon restaurant voir l'un des meilleurs sur bride les bains. Les prix sont très correct surtout en prenant à emporter. Je recommande les burgers.

Je suis rarement tombé sur du personnel aussi antipathique et non professionnel. Manque de respect aux clients. Le restaurant présente une carte qui n'est absolument pas respectée. Nous avons tenté à deux reprises d'y manger. La première fois, la réservation a été oubliée par le restaurant et la deuxième fois ils n'avaient plus de nourriture à proposer un jeudi à 13h10.
Le propriétaire est mal élevé.
Ne jamais passer leur porte.

Worst restaurant ever! We have booked for a table at 20.30 by phone and when we arrived the guy who takes the tables told us ( really disrespectful) that we don’t have table till 21.00 . Really rude guy and so unprofessional. Also the restaurant stings. Horrible experience. So we decide to go besides, le 26 restaurant , really good stuff and food
