En revanche, attention aux réservations effectuées auprès de ce voyagiste : pour une seule réservation sur son site Internet, oh surprise, mon relevé de compte fait état de deux transactions. Je lis d'ailleurs ici et là que je suis loin d'être la seule.
Coup de fil au service client-e-s, qui me fait savoir que j'aurais fauté en effectuant deux réservations... avec les mêmes nom, prénom, date, heure et lieux ? En clair, j'aurais donc moi-même consenti à payer deux trajets pour le prix d'un.
Bien dommage que le service client-e-s ne compense pas l'absence de fiabilité du site internet.
